Ester Marchetti

Co-Founder, Head of Strategy & Innovation at Bolt Insight

Ester Marchetti has held various roles in the market research and innovation space since 2005. Starting at Nielsen in 2005, they held the role of Associate Innovation Manager and Regional (East Asia) Innovation Manager. In 2011, they moved to Reckitt Benckiser where they were the Global CMI Manager for Dettol Personal Care. In 2014, they joined Unilever, where they held the roles of Global CMI Innovation Lead for both Beauty & Personal Care and Foods, as well as Senior Global CMI Manager for Knorr. In 2021, they became Co-Founder, Head of Strategy & Innovation and Head Of Innovation at Bolt Insight, a data tech company connecting brands with hyper-relevant audiences. Ester also became Owner of The Insight Cabin and Innovation Insight Lead at The Listening People Ltd.

Ester Marchetti attended Università Bocconi from 1999 to 2004, where they earned a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing. In 2002, they attended HEC Montréal for an Erasmus program in Marketing. In 2004, they attended LUCA School of Arts for a Master in International Business.
