Cintia Nardi

Cintia Nardi is the current Chief Operating Officer at Bolt Threads. Cintia has held this position since July 2017. Prior to this, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Cosmetica Laboratories Inc from September 2002 to July 2017. Cintia has also worked as the Executive Director of Quality Assurance Canada at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from September 2002 to July 2017. In this role, they were responsible for Quality Assurance, Quality control and Quality Systems, Validation and Regulatory Compliance for Canada.

Cintia Nardi has a BS in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires'. Cintia is also a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from eZsigma. Additionally, they have completed an Operations Finance program at Schulich School of Business - York University, and has taken seminars on Managing Effective Supply Chains at Penn State University and High-Impact Selling at Kellogg Executive Education.

They are on a team with Deanna Chechile - General Counsel, Randy Befumo - Chief Financial Officer, and Sue Levin - CMO & GM, Beauty and Personal Care. Cintia Nardi reports to Dan Widmaier, CEO and Founder.
