Sten Pagil

Sten Pagil is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience at BOLT.works since January 2018, where Sten has held multiple roles including Recruitment Manager, HR Business Partner, Team Lead Recruitment, and Recruitment Consultant. Responsibilities encompass end-to-end recruitment processes, employee relations management, and employer branding efforts such as participation in career fairs and enhancing company visibility. Prior to BOLT.works, Sten worked as a salesman at L-Fashion Group and K-Supermarket, and gained hands-on experience as a lumberjack and during military service in the Finnish Defence Forces. Sten holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Laurea University of Applied Sciences, complementing a comprehensive skill set in business management, recruitment, and customer service.
