Ailsa MacLachlan

Ailsa MacLachlan is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people management roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Global People Business Partner at Bolt since August 2025, Ailsa previously held the position of Senior People Business Partner at Checkout.com from August 2023 to August 2025. Prior to that, Ailsa worked at Santander UK as an HR Business Partner from July 2021 to August 2023 and at NatWest Markets in the same capacity from April 2018 to July 2021. Ailsa began a career in HR as a Graduate at NatWest Group from September 2016 to April 2018, engaging in several roles focused on continuous improvement and policy advice. Ailsa earned a Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Warwick (2013 - 2016) and a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in HR Management from Reed Business School (2016 - 2017).
