Aleksander Libera is the Regional Public Policy Director for East (CEE / SEE / West Asia) at Bolt and has over 15 years of professional expertise in public affairs and economic diplomacy. Previously, they led the Public Affairs practice at MSLGroup and served as an Advisor to the Board at the Polish Investment and Trade Agency. Aleksander has experience as a former diplomat, having held the position of Deputy Head of Trade Section at the Polish Embassy in London. They have also lectured at the International Public Affairs Academy and mentored startups in various programs. Aleksander holds a Master's degree in Social Psychology with a focus on political marketing from Uniwersytet SWPS.
