Alice Gorobets

Alice Gorobets is a dedicated professional in people operations with a diverse background in human resources and leadership development. Currently serving as a People Operations Specialist at Bolt since July 2023, Alice previously held roles including People Operations Generalist at Praktikal, where responsibilities included implementing HR-related changes, and Leadership Development Specialist at Solaride, overseeing training for team leaders. In addition, Alice has experience as Head of Academy and Head of People at Solaride, managing comprehensive development programs and HR strategies. Participation in events such as sTARTUp Day showcased Alice's organizational skills and commitment to fostering community collaboration. Alice holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a specialization in International Relations from the University of Tartu, completed in 2023.
