Alice Khambo

Alice Khambo is an experienced professional in customer support and program management, currently serving as the Customer Support Program Lead for Europe and the Sub-Saharan Africa regions at Bolt since December 2017. In this role, Alice oversees program planning, execution, and process improvement to align with organizational goals. Previous roles at Bolt include leading a 20+ member customer support team, enhancing customer satisfaction metrics in East Africa, and driving product innovations through customer behavior research. Prior experience includes positions as a Marketing Executive at Kartasi Products Limited, where Alice developed payment collection strategies, and as a General Trade Executive at GoodBrands Kenya Limited.
