Anni Laan

Anni Laan has extensive experience in human resources, having served in various roles within prominent organizations. At Vaimo, Anni held positions ranging from HR Coordinator to International Country Unit HR Manager, focusing on people operations and HR processes. Anni then took on the role of MEA Head of People & Culture at Nortal, where responsibilities included leading global people projects and supporting the MEA leadership team. Currently, Anni serves as a Global People Business Partner at Bolt, overseeing a large customer success and business team, and recently held the position of Head of People at Planet42, where Anni is involved in implementing a global employee system and supporting business strategy execution. Educational qualifications include a Professional Higher Education degree in Legal Services and a Master’s degree in Management and Development of Personnel.
