Felix Antwi

Felix Antwi is currently impacting the lives of over 3 million drivers at Bolt through the Bolt Rewards Program, which offers drivers discounts on services important to them. Previously, Felix served as Order Fulfilment Manager at The Shoprite Group of Companies, where they developed and scaled telesales and home delivery. They also held the role of Program Manager at Danone, focusing on digitizing and automating sales processes and enhancing performance through technology. At Bolt, Felix worked as Product Operations Manager before transitioning to Program Manager, where they launched new customer acquisition channels and improved the driver onboarding experience. Felix has pursued education at the Project Management Institute from 2020 to 2023.
