Gerly Alp

Gerly Alp is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Internal Communications Manager at Bolt since July 2022. Prior to this role, Gerly held positions including Group Internal Communications Manager at Bigbank, Chief Specialist of Internal Communications at the Republic of Estonia Land Board, and various roles at ABB, including Internal Communication Specialist and Talent Partner. Gerly's career commenced at Monkeyglasses as a Communications Assistant and also included an internship. Gerly possesses a Master’s Degree in Communication Management from the University of Tartu and a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Design with a focus on Sustainable Communication from KEA - Københavns Erhvervsakademi. Additional education includes Danish language studies and an AP Degree in Multimedia Design & Communication from Copenhagen Business Academy.
