Janek Ugur is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial controlling and accounting. Currently serving as the Finance Controlling team lead at Bolt since May 2020, Janek leads the Finance Controlling team for the Rides vertical and manages monthly and quarterly group reporting to stakeholders. Prior to Bolt, Janek held the position of General Ledger Manager at Ramirent Group from April 2015 to May 2020, overseeing General Ledger accountants and financial analysis teams while also leading the accounting teams for Sweden and Denmark. Janek began the career as a Senior Auditor at KPMG Baltics OÜ from August 2010 to March 2015. Janek holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Taxation and Accounting from the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences, obtained between 2005 and 2008.
