Joanna Dobosz

Joanna Dobosz is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in technical recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Bolt since November 2025, Joanna previously held the position of Technical Recruiter at Yolo Group, where end-to-end recruitment for diverse IT roles was a key responsibility. Prior roles include Human Resources Specialist at Xolo, where recruitment initiatives spanned technical and non-technical functions, and providing HR support as an Assistant and Office Manager at eAgronom. Additionally, Joanna has academic experience as a lecturer in Polish language and culture at various institutions, complemented by a strong educational background in Polish Philology from the University of Silesia in Katowice and qualifications in teaching Polish as a foreign language.
