Keri Young is a seasoned professional in People Operations, currently serving as a Senior People Operations Specialist at Bolt since March 2022, focusing on Africa and International & Expansion Markets across EMEA, APAC, and NA. Prior to this role, Keri spent six years at Afrizan People Intelligence, progressing from Junior Consultant to Talent Sourcer, where responsibilities included candidate interviewing, recruitment management, integrity checks, and ensuring client satisfaction. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Organisational Development from the University of South Africa and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Johannesburg.
