Laura Cedazo

Laura Cedazo serves as the Senior Regional People Partnering Manager for the South of Europe and Latin America at Bolt since February 2022, where collaboration with regional and country leaders drives business results across seven countries through data analysis and stakeholder engagement. Previously, Laura held the position of Head of People at Deliveroo from November 2019 to January 2022, overseeing HR functions and managing a team of three HR professionals. Prior experience includes serving as Regional HR Advisor for Western Europe at AmerisourceBergen, supporting leaders in multiple countries, and as HR Generalist for Spain and Portugal at Kaspersky, handling various HR assignments. Laura holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Formación Cámara de Comercio de Madrid and has additional certifications in compensation, benefits, and Spanish labor law.
