Liisa Makki

Liisa Makki serves as the Global People Business Partner for Engineering at Bolt since November 2020, previously holding roles such as International HR Business Partner and Regional People Lead for R&D in EMEA at Twilio Inc. from July 2017 to November 2020. Earlier experience includes working as an HR Generalist and Recruiter at Playtech, where responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment and headhunting. Liisa also held positions as Secretary General/HR Manager at Tallinn University's Student Union and HR Manager at the Estonian Scouts Association, along with a brief internship in the Training and Development team at Eesti Energia. Liisa earned a Master of Science in HR Management and Development from TalTech and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Tartu.
