Lisette Suik is currently the Senior Legal Counsel at Bolt, where they lead legal efforts for the company's delivery vertical and advise on various legal topics related to product and business operations. Previously, Lisette served as Associate Counsel at Bolt and worked as an Associate in the Corporate and M&A team at Sorainen. With a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Law from Tartu Ülikool, along with additional studies at the University of Vienna, Lisette possesses a strong legal foundation and experience in compliance, contract negotiations, and corporate governance. Lisette began their legal career as a Legal Assistant at Sorainen.
