Mark Borodin

Mark Borodin serves as the Group Controlling Lead at Bolt, overseeing financial operations across various business verticals and leading a team of seven skilled financial controllers since August 2021. Previous experience includes roles as the Group Financial Controller at Bolt, managing financial operations for the rental business across 25 countries, and Group Financial Controller at Skinest Rail AS, where responsibilities encompassed financial reporting, budgeting, and external audit coordination. Prior to these positions, Mark worked at KPMG Estonia as a Financial Auditor, Citadele banka Estonian Branch as a Leasing Associate, and had an internship at Finora Capital. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Economics from TalTech and is currently pursuing the ACCA Qualification in Accounting and Finance.
