Mike Holmaranta

Mike Holmaranta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence, supply engagement, and leadership. Currently serving as Domain Manager for Supply Engagement at Bolt, Mike leads a team focused on enhancing core features of ride-hailing, including loyalty programs and quality metrics. Mike has also held interim positions to oversee key domains such as safety and compliance for Bolt's extensive driver and user base. Additionally, Mike is a Partner and Board Member at WeRekry, guiding staffing solutions across various industries, and the Founder of Tetromi, a marketplace for marine equipment. Previously, Mike held managerial roles at Wärtsilä, transforming sales processes and leading operational excellence projects. Mike's career began in procurement and production planning at Stairon Oy, following military service with the Finnish Defence Forces. Mike holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Industrial Management from the University of Vaasa.
