Ott Jalakas is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in data warehousing and regulatory reporting. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Bolt since January 2021, Jalakas specializes in finance data warehouse technologies, including Redshift, Airflow, and Spark. Previously, at Eesti Energia from October 2018 to January 2021, Jalakas contributed to ETL pipeline developments and migrated systems from SVN to Git. With a solid foundation as a software engineer and system analyst at Swedbank from March 2013 to October 2018, Jalakas focused on various data warehouse projects and regulatory reporting initiatives. Jalakas holds a Master’s degree in Informatics and a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology.
