Ronalds Abols

Ronalds Abols has extensive experience in operations management and financial roles, currently serving as Senior Operations Manager (Country Lead) at Bolt from November 2023 to February 2025. Prior experience includes an Operations Manager role at L'Oréal from August 2019 to November 2023, where Ronalds focused on O2C Excellence & Performance. Ronalds also held positions as Credit Manager and Credit Controller at L'Oréal Baltics, and as Business Controller and Head of Business Development at VIATEK from June 2016 to August 2019. Earlier professional experience includes working as an Assurance Associate at PwC Latvija from May 2013 to June 2015. Ronalds holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, both from Banku Augstskola.
