Sam Cameron

Sam Cameron is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Bolt since May 2024. Prior to this role, Sam held significant positions at Wayfair, including Head of Talent Acquisition for Europe & Asia, and Associate Director for various talent acquisition functions. At HelloFresh, Sam advanced from Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to Associate Director, developing the company’s Technical Talent Acquisition strategy and significantly scaling the team pre-IPO. Additional experiences include founding allude.to and roles at DataSift, The Scale Factory, Austin Fraser, and Reach, focusing on recruitment strategies and operations. Sam's contributions to the recruitment field have been further enhanced through active participation in the DBR community.
