Sam O'Byrne

Sam O'Byrne currently serves as the General Manager for both Croatia and Malta at Bolt, with an interim role in Croatia since January 2024 and a focus on Bolt Food in Malta. Prior to this, Sam was the Country Manager, overseeing team management and P&L responsibilities. From January 2015 to September 2022, Sam co-founded and held the position of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at DropChef, a prominent eGrocery company in Ireland, specializing in delivering recipe kits and prepared meals. Sam holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Trinity College Dublin, completed in 2014, and has received additional education from The Institute of Education.
