Samuel Castaneda is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as Engineering Manager II at Bolt since October 2019, Samuel manages four teams in the Incentives group and collaborates closely with product and cross-functional teams to deliver quarterly roadmaps. Prior to Bolt, Samuel held multiple roles at Microsoft, including Senior Software Engineer, where significant contributions were made to the development of Skype Clients. Additional experience includes software engineering roles at TransferWise, accesso, and leadership in various development projects, as well as co-founding Castaneda & Booth Industries, LLC. Samuel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida and an AA in Math from Pensacola Junior College.
