Blue Bolt Electric, operating under the Bolt91 brand, builds replicable electric mobility networks for defined communities with repeated local movement needs. Born in Kashi and incubated at AIC BHU, Bolt91 is focused on creating clean, organised and scalable mobility models for sacred travel destinations, student residential ecosystems and large township communities.

Our core approach is to build “Community Mobility Networks” - mobility systems designed around how specific communities actually move every day. These communities may include pilgrims and long-stay spiritual travellers in Sanatan Dharma destinations, students living in hostels and large campuses, or residents and employees inside large townships.

Bolt91 combines electric vehicles, local partnerships, practical operations and community-specific deployment models to make everyday movement cleaner, safer and easier to manage. Our solutions may include electric cycles, kick scooters, low-speed and high-speed electric scooters, electric shuttle options and locally managed mobility access points, depending on the needs of the community.

Starting from Kashi and Varanasi, we are building mobility playbooks that can be tested, refined and replicated across similar ecosystems in India. Our goal is simple - to help communities move better, with less pollution, better organisation and a model that works on the ground.
