Karen Smith

Karen Smith has extensive experience in the field of studio management. Karen started their career in 1994 as an Advertising Assistant at Harris Teeter, where they worked until 1999. In 1999, they joined BOLTGROUP and worked their way up, starting as a Project Manager and eventually becoming the VP of Studio Management. Karen held various roles within BOLTGROUP, including Studio Manager and Studio Director. Karen's most recent position at BOLTGROUP was as the VP of Studio Management, a role they took on in December 2020.

Karen Smith has pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism & Mass Communications at both the UNC Hussman School of Journalism and Media and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Additionally, they have pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
