We play an active part in the communities of Bolton, Salford and Wigan. Our communities provide an environment in which people can grow in confidence, be active citizens and join in activities so they are better able to help themselves and better connected to each other.

Bolton Cares is supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs, and older people, including those with dementia, to THRIVE.
