Sandra Bruce

Sandra Bruce, MPA, PHR, is an accomplished Compensation Consultant at Bolton since September 2022, previously serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at ADP for a brief period. With extensive experience as a Human Resources Consultant for CHRS and as a Senior Human Resources Consultant for the Georgia Department of Labor, Sandra provided specialized HR services and managed talent acquisition and compensation strategies. As the State Personnel Director for the Georgia Department of Defense, Sandra led an HR operation for 640 employees and delivered training programs. Additionally, Sandra's volunteer work as a troop leader for the Girl Scouts of the USA highlights a commitment to community involvement.
