Adrian Tang is a founder and Head Coach at The Consulting Academy, a coaching service designed to guide university students into management consulting, which they have led since 2020. Additionally, Adrian co-founded OpenClass, an EdTech startup that offers a platform for students to find and book interest classes, which operates with funding from Cyberport Creative Micro Fund. Currently, Adrian serves as the Group Organisational Learning Lead at bolttech, and previously gained experience as an Associate at The Boston Consulting Group and a Digital Intern at Deloitte Consulting. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in World Business from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Università Commerciale 'Luigi Bocconi', and the University of Southern California, along with an International Baccalaureate from Li Po Chun United World College of Hong Kong.
