Alan Lang

Alan Lang has extensive experience in operational excellence and program management across various sectors, including insurance and consulting. At bolttech, Alan served as Group Program and Operations Lead, overseeing the rollout of Legal, Risk and Compliance programs globally, and previously held the role of Group Senior Operations Excellence Specialist, focusing on a new Digital Target Operating Model. Prior to this, Alan was Director of Operational Excellence at FWD Insurance, where responsibilities included the operational and regulatory separation of bolttech. Alan's consulting background at Infosys included leadership in change management for banking and financial services, alongside a solid foundation in continuous improvement initiatives at Commonwealth Bank and process optimization at Experian. Alan holds a Master of Commerce in Emerging Markets Economics from UNSW and a Master of International Business in Business Strategy from the University of Sydney.
