Boris Biryukov

Boris Biryukov serves as the Director and Global Head of Rewards at bolttech since February 2022, overseeing the compensation and benefits function for a rapidly growing insurtech company operating in over 30 markets. Prior to this, Biryukov held several key roles at GSK from March 2015 to October 2021, including Rewards Director and Regional Reward Lead for Asia, where accountability included global reward process delivery across the APAC region. Additionally, Biryukov has extensive experience in various compensation and benefits positions at Novartis Consumer Health and Lafarge Cement, contributing to post-M&A integrations and regional HR responsibilities in diverse geographies. Boris Biryukov earned a Bachelor’s degree in Power Engineering with a specialization in Management from Moscow Power Engineering Institute.
