Carmen Cheng

Carmen Cheng serves as the General Manager, Head of Distribution, and Head of Device Protection for Hong Kong at bolttech, an international insurtech business under Pacific Century Group. Cheng has held various significant roles in the insurance and technology sectors, including Assistant Vice President of Special Projects at FWD Insurance and Sales and Operations Director at Synergy Technologies (Asia) Limited, where an appointment as Executive Director of SiS Mobile Holdings Ltd was achieved. Previous experience includes Deputy Director of Sales Management at S.F. EXPRESS CO. LTD, Enterprise Sales at Cisco with responsibilities across major global accounts, and a long tenure as Head of Sales for Nokia in Hong Kong and Macau. Cheng holds a Master of Business Administration from Andrews University.
