Dave Pearce

Dave Pearce is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Group Head of Talent Acquisition at bolttech since April 2024. Previously, Dave held the position of General Manager - Talent Acquisition at The Caravel Group, overseeing recruitment strategies for a diversified conglomerate in Hong Kong. Notable experience includes roles at HSBC as a Senior Recruitment Business Partner and Recruitment Optimisation Manager at Alexander Mann Solutions, where skills in change management, process optimisation, and project management were developed. In addition, Dave has worked at Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, and Nicoll Curtin, managing talent acquisition for various sectors across the Asia-Pacific region. Academic qualifications include degrees from Birkbeck, University of London and the University of Nottingham.
