Dinh Lai

Dinh heads bolttech’s global marketing, brand, and communications functions and is a member of the executive committee. In his role as Group CMO, Dinh helps drive business growth, leading the planning, development, and execution of the company’s integrated marketing, brand, and communications strategy. Previously, he served as Group Chief of Staff, helping to drive strategic planning and execution across the company.

Dinh joins us from MetLife, where he most recently was Chief of Staff to the CEO of MetLife Japan in Tokyo. He has experience working in both the private and public sectors across the United States and Asia, having held senior leadership roles in multi-national corporations and senior policy positions in the U.S. Government at the White House and the Pentagon.
