Eric Lai

Eric Lai currently serves as Group Deputy General Counsel and Director of Group Legal at bolttech since July 2021. In addition, Eric holds a part-time lecturer position at City University of Hong Kong since January 2022. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Legal Counsel at Block.one, Associate at Kirkland & Ellis, and an extensive tenure at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates where Eric progressed from Trainee Solicitor to Associate. Early career experience includes positions at Accenture as an Analyst and leadership as Deputy President (Clubs & Societies) at Imperial College London. Eric holds an Executive MBA from the Kellogg-HKUST Executive MBA Program and multiple law degrees from City University of Hong Kong, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computing from Imperial College London.
