Julie Koelsch

Julie Koelsch is an experienced professional currently serving as Vice President of Client Engagement at bolttech since February 2022. Prior to this role, Julie worked as a Project Management Consultant at The Virtus Solution from February 2021 to February 2022. Earlier in Julie's career, from 1990 to 2003, Julie held the position of DSP Marketing Manager at Texas Instruments. Julie earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Rice University and later obtained an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Houston.
