Marçal Berga

Marçal Berga is an accomplished engineering lead with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently at bolttech since July 2021, Marçal oversees a development team focused on implementing cloud-based microservices. Prior experience includes serving as backend tech lead at Citibox, where Marçal facilitated a transition to an event-driven microservices architecture, and roles in fullstack development and DevOps at Data streaming co. Marçal also contributed to Dorna Sports in payment and subscription services and managed a development team at delCamp.cat. Marçal began a career as a web developer and TI coordinator, building digital solutions across various industries. Marçal holds a degree in multimedia design from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and a technical diploma in industrial maintenance from La Salle Manlleu.
