MJ (Mingjie) is an accomplished design professional currently serving as the Global Product Design and Proposition Lead at bolttech since June 2020. In this role, MJ oversees Product & Proposition Design, ensuring the delivery of innovative value for partners and consumers. Prior positions include leadership roles in product design for distribution in Asia and globally, where MJ provided UX guidance for various partnerships across multiple regions and led teams to enhance consumer experiences. Previous experience includes a Senior Experience Designer role at Cognizant, where MJ managed design teams for banking and insurance clients, and roles at Converzion, mjxu.co, STATE Creative, and Zension, focusing on digital experiences across industries. MJ holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Digital Animation from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
