Natalie Pearce

Natalie Pearce is a highly motivated and focused qualified accountant with 11 years of experience in accountancy, including a tenure at a Big 4 firm and in the financial services sector. They currently serve as a Senior Manager in Finance Transformation at bolttech, while previously holding significant roles such as IFRS 17 Sub-ledger Accounting Lead at Prudential Corporation Asia and Senior Manager of the Global IFRS 17 Programme at HSBC. Natalie has a solid foundation in financial and statutory reporting, complemented by extensive audit and consultancy experience. They hold an FCCA and an ACCA from the ACCA, as well as a degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Kent.
