Rachel Than is an accomplished director with extensive experience in strategic partnerships, innovation, and digital transformation within the insurance and financial services sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Global Strategic Partnerships and Head of Consumer & Partnerships at bolttech since January 2021, Rachel previously held leadership roles at LumenLab | MetLife Innovation Centre and MetLife, where significant accomplishments included championing the deployment of a Global Sales & Services Platform across seven markets in the EMEA region. With prior experience at AXA and Zurich Insurance, Rachel's expertise encompasses customer strategy, insights, segmentation, and the development of end-to-end customer journeys aiming to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth. Rachel holds multiple degrees including an MBA from HKUST and additional qualifications from NYU Stern School of Business and The Chartered Insurance Institute.
