Saibal B.

Saibal B. currently serves as the Group Head of Underwriting (Global) and Carrier Relationships at bolttech, overseeing global underwriting capabilities, managing carrier relationships in Europe, Africa, and Asia, and developing innovative insurance products and pricing strategies since August 2020. Prior to this role, Saibal was the Global Head of Products, Actuarial and Underwriting at FWD Insurance from May 2016 to August 2020, where significant contributions included launching FWD Singapore's digital business and developing over 10 new products in two years. Saibal's extensive experience also includes positions as Vice President of Underwriting & Product Development and Associate Vice President of Strategy and Business Planning at ICICI Lombard between April 2009 and May 2016, and earlier roles in product management and relationship management. Saibal holds an MBA in Finance from ICFAI Business School and a BCom from the University of Calcutta, along with an FIII certification from the Insurance Institute of India.
