Sérgio Oliveira

Sérgio Oliveira serves as the Group OD Lead and Senior People Business Partner for Technology at bolttech, with prior experience as an HR Business Partner at Blip.pt. Notably, Sérgio was instrumental in expanding Eberspaecher from 40 to 600 employees within a year, while establishing the HR function that encompassed various strategic initiatives such as HR Data Analytics and a Diversity and Inclusion Strategy. Previous roles include HR Manager at NewCoffee, where Sérgio internalized payroll services, and HR Trainer and Consultant at Do It Better, where a comprehensive training program on various HR topics was developed and delivered.
