Stephan Tan

Stephan is responsible for acquisitions and new partnerships, securing opportunities as part of the company's growth strategy and organic business expansion. He is also a member of the executive committee. He is a seasoned M&A professional with close to fifteen years’ experience in M&A and corporate finance. He was previously Chief Financial Officer at Edirect Insure Group, overseeing several key functions including finance, legal and HR. He started his career within investment banking at Citigroup, covering financial institutions in Europe.
