Troy Roderick

Troy Roderick is a seasoned professional in inclusion and diversity strategy, currently serving at TROY RODERICK & PARTNERS since July 2017, with notable clients including Coca-Cola Amatil, KPMG Global, and the Workplace Gender Equality Agency. In addition to this role, Troy holds the position of Director, Diversity and Inclusion at bolttech since July 2020 and is an Honorary Associate at The University of Sydney Business School, where involvement extends to the Women, Work and Leadership Research Group.
