Andy Ho is an accomplished professional in the field of mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as the Head of Mergers and Acquisitions and M&A Director at bolttech since April 2021. Prior to this role, Andy held the position of Assistant Director at Rothschild & Co from March 2016 to February 2021 and worked as an Investment Banking Senior Associate at BOCOM International from February 2014 to March 2016. Additional experience includes serving as a Transaction Advisory - M&A Senior Analyst at Ernst & Young from August 2012 to January 2014 and as an Associate focused on the Global Financial Services Industry at Deloitte from September 2010 to August 2012. Andy holds a Master's degree in Financial Engineering and Risk Management from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from HKUST Business School.
