Andy Rathbone has extensive experience in training and competency development within the transportation industry. Currently serving as the Head of Training & Competency at Bombardier Transportation since 2009, Andy previously held the position of Technical Training Manager at the same company from October 2000 to May 2009, overseeing technical training for SER UK. Prior to this, Andy worked as a Trainer at Maintrain from 1985 to 2000. Education was completed at Wilby Carr High School from 1973 to 1978.
