Michael Dean

Michael Dean has extensive experience in the aerospace and telecommunications industries. Currently serving as a Flight Coordinator at Bombardier Aerospace since October 2004, Michael manages high-end customer accounts in the private jet sector and coordinates flight details. Prior to this role, Michael worked at Comcast Cable in the Trouble Isolation Group from March 2000 to October 2004, providing technical support to field technicians and addressing customer issues remotely. Michael's career at Bombardier Aerospace began in January 1998, where as part of the Owner Services team, responsibilities included communicating client itinerary concerns and completing passenger flight bookings. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Texas Tech University, earned between 2002 and 2007.
