Mike Lim is a seasoned Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practitioner with extensive experience across sectors such as Marine, Aerospace, Supply Chain, and Field Services. They served as the Country HSE Leader at Cummins Asia Pacific from 2016 to 2026, where they held various managerial roles in HSE and facilities. Previously, Mike worked as a Senior HSE & Facilities Engineer at Honeywell Aerospace and as a Marine System Specialist with the Republic of Singapore Navy. Currently, Mike is the Senior Manager of Environment Health Safety at Bombardier.
