Pascal Labelle has extensive experience in human resources and organizational learning, currently serving as the Director of Organizational Learning at Bombardier since November 2004. Prior roles at Bombardier include Director of Human Resources for Operations, Human Resources Director for Mexico and the USA, and Production Unit Manager for the electric harnesses production unit. Pascal also led the HR function during a greenfield startup in Mexico and contributed as a Compensation Advisor on the Human Resources Transformation corporate team. Previous experience includes positions as Purchasing Supervisor at ArcelorMittal Dofasco and Global Solutions Advisor at Ernst & Young. Pascal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administration with a specialization in HR from Université du Québec à Montréal and an MBA from HEC Montréal.
