Philippe Robert is a strategic leader with extensive experience in human resources and labor relations, currently serving as the Directeur RH at Bombardier since 2023. With a strong focus on team management, Philippe has previously held significant positions, including Vice-President of Human Resources at SACO® and Vice President HR at General Dynamics OTS-Canada. Philippe's past roles include Labour Relations Director at Air Canada and HR Director at Jet Aviation, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal. Currently, Philippe is completing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at Cornell University's ILR School.
