Jen Steffan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product marketing and customer success. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product Marketing at Bombora since June 2020, Jen has played a crucial role in connecting Engineering, Product, Commercialization, and Go-To-Market teams to effectively launch products. Previously, Jen held various roles at Bombora, including Director of Go-To-Market & Enablement and Enterprise Customer Success Director, achieving significant success in managing the customer lifecycle and consistently high renewal rates. Prior to Bombora, Jen worked as a Customer Success Manager at Bolt and BrightFunnel, along with experience in account management at Yelp. Jen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Oregon.
